Membership Regulations
These regulations are issued to clearly define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Members of the Blue Diamond Golf Links Club, ensuring the maintenance of order, culture, and service quality of the Club.
I. INTRODUCTION

II. PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES
The Club is established to achieve the following purposes and objectives:
a. To provide and maintain exceptional facilities for Club activities.
b. To encourage Members, their families, and guests to utilize and enjoy the Club's services and activities to enhance their quality of life.
c. To deliver high-level personalized service and care to Members, their families, and guests.
d. To serve as a center for recreation, relaxation, sports, and social activities.
e. To organize both spontaneous and scheduled programs for entertainment, sports, and social engagement for all ages.
f. To create and maintain a unique, comfortable, and attractive sporting environment in harmony with the surrounding community.
g. To promote Club-organized sports programs and instill the values of sportsmanship, fairness, and courtesy in all Members and guests.
h. To foster a community of Members and families sharing common goals in a spirit of friendship and intimacy.
i. To collect membership fees to implement these objectives.
j. To perform other functions appropriate to the Club's operations and goals.
III. OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
1. Ownership: The Club, its assets, and facilities are owned by GOLF INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY - BAO NINH GOLF (referred to as the "Owner"). No Member shall have any ownership interest in the Club's assets or profits.
2. Management: The Executive Director and Club Manager (referred to as "Management"), appointed by the Owner, shall control all operations and establish policies and regulations. Members have no voting rights or say in the management or operations of the Club.
3. Personnel: Management shall employ suitable staff (assistants, officers, workers) as approved by the Owner to assist in Club administration.
4. Rights: Management reserves the right to grant exceptions to any provision within these Regulations.
5. Finality: Management’s decisions on all arising matters are final and binding for all Members and related parties.
IV. MEMBERSHIP
1. Membership Criteria
Members must meet the following conditions: a. Be an individual or organization with legal capacity and a respect for golf culture. b. Voluntarily participate and comply with all Club regulations. c. Have the financial capacity to fulfill membership obligations. d. Have no criminal record or be subject to state bans on membership. e. Be approved in writing by the Club's Executive Board or Board of Directors.
2. Membership Classifications
a. Individual Membership: For individuals aged 18 and over. The membership card is owned by that individual.
b. Family Membership: Includes a Primary Member and Affiliated Members (Spouse and children under 18). Usage of facilities is subject to prior registration and approval.
c. Corporate Membership: For legal entities (businesses/organizations). The entity owns the membership and designates representatives to use the benefits.
3. Member Rights
a. Access to facilities: golf course, locker rooms, practice areas, clubhouse, restaurant, spa, pool, pro-shop, etc.
b. Priority for tee time bookings and registration for tournaments, events, and training programs.
c. Preferential policies: service discounts, loyalty points, and membership status protection during temporary suspension.
d. Right to refer new members and receive referral benefits (if applicable).
e. Right to provide feedback and suggestions to Management.
f. Participation in the General Meeting of Members with voting and candidacy rights (if eligible).
g. Protection of legitimate interests during complaints or disputes via internal procedures.
4. Member Obligations
a. Strictly comply with all Club rules, regulations, and bylaws.
b. Pay all fees (Joining fee, Annual fee, service fees) on time.
c. Maintain the Club's reputation; behave civilly and respect staff and other members.
d. Protect Club property and compensate for any damage or loss caused.
e. Do not use the Club’s name for personal, commercial, or political purposes without approval.
f. Attend safety, environmental, and golf rule training when required.
g. Promptly update personal/corporate information when changes occur.
5. Member Responsibilities
a. Cooperate with the Club to build a healthy, civilized, and sustainable golf community.
b. Adhere to international golf standards (R&A Rules and Golf Etiquette).
c. Support the Club in charitable and community programs.
d. Take personal responsibility for actions and statements within or related to the Club.
e. Maintain confidentiality of internal Club information (finances, strategies, member lists).
V. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Submit an application including: Application form with photos, copy of ID/Passport/Business License, and signed Membership Contract.
2. Pay the joining fee and annual fee (if any) on time.
3. Commit to following golf culture and regulations.
4. The Executive Board reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
VI. MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER
1. Memberships may be transferred to other individuals or organizations.
2. Individual Memberships must be transferred to an individual; Corporate to a company.
3. Transfer Fee: 10% of the listed Membership value at the time of transfer.
4. Transfers are only valid once all procedures are completed and all outstanding fees are settled.
VII. MEMBERSHIP INHERITANCE
1. Upon the death of an Individual Member, Management will facilitate the transfer to a legal heir. The heir must submit the request along with the Membership Card, Will, and related legal documents.
2. The heir must pay a Name Change Fee and settle all outstanding debts left by the deceased.
3. If there are multiple heirs, only one may receive the membership right.
4. Inheritance procedures must be completed within 01 year of the Member's passing. After this period, the membership will be canceled.
VIII. FEES AND PAYMENT POLICY

IX. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
1. Written warning or reprimand.
2. Temporary suspension of membership.
3. Revocation of membership for serious violations.
4. Permanent ban from Club services for very serious violations.
5. Violence, fraud, or vandalism will be handled according to the law.
X. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
1. Members may submit a written complaint within 15 days of an incident.
2. Management is responsible for reviewing and providing a written response.
3. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be escalated to the Disciplinary Committee or the General Meeting of Members.
XI. IMPLEMENTATION
1. These regulations are effective from the date of issuance.
2. Any changes must be approved by the Board of Directors or the General Meeting of Members.
3. The Club may add appendices regarding the code of conduct, fee schedules, and promotion programs.
